ROTOPACTOR (HSI)

Rotopactor is very well designed machine to handle large volume material selectively reduce the particles to the desired size quickly and effectively. The product produce by the rotopactor is technically and comfortable acceptable to any authority be it NHAI, or DAM construction. It is on the principle of impact crushing with stone to metal breaking high speed. This machine is best suitable for crushing of river gravels. Rotopactor is a maintenance free machine.
There is no part which requires frequent adjustment like Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher etc. only careful lubrication to bearing and day to day inspection of wear out on Rotor and breaker plate is required.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ROTOPACTOR

The Material to be reduced is fed into a Hopper from which it fails directly into the centre of Crusher’s impeller (ROTOR) rotating at high speed. The material is then uniformly flung outwards by centrifugal force. The rotating speed of the impeller (ROTOR) assembly, along with the precision speed and angled impeller (ROTOR) shape, accelerates the feed rock at true right angles outwards and forwards against the stationary corrugated breaker plates liner and other flying particles. The plates are positioned at sufficient distance from the rotating impeller (ROTOR) to allow free body impacting. The resulting fragmented CUBICLE product is then discharged by gravity at the bottom. Output gradation can be partially controlled by varying these factors.

SELECTIVE CRUSHING

Rotopactor Crush the Material Selectively. They are ideal for beneficiation-the upgrading of materials crushing them and trapping the larger or smaller purities on a vibrating screen.

UNIQUE BREAKER PLATE

The breaker plates are interchangeable and of Manganese Steel Casting of high strength for longer life.

HOPPER CONFIGURATION

Material fed in to the Hopper drops on to the bed of like material before falling into the rotor preventing undue wear on the hopper and prolonging the life of the unit.

HOPPER DESIGN

The hopper is hinged so that it can be swung open or lifted off without being unbolted. Knockout wedges permit easy entry to the machine.

ROTOR

Single piece casting of Rotor of Austenitic Manganese Steel of Rigid Design is capable of high speed and impact.

ADJUSTABLE FEED PLATE

An adjustable feed plate inside the hopper moves in and out to position the material on one side or the other of Capacity and Power Chart of Rotopactor
