This machine is very efficient in making stone dust (Sand) as compared to VSI. VSI machine is used for making the output material in cubical shape. No doubt the percentage of stone dust in VSI machine is increased, but it is not a completely Sand making machine

RELATION BETWEEN GAP SETTING ROLLER DIAMETER & FEED SIZE
- To crush the material a nipping angle of 15° to 20° is require due to this if bigger size of lump required to crush.
- It required bigger roller diameter.
- To nip the big lump, more roller gape is required, means less reduction. So the reduction ratio for Roll Crusher
is various between 2.5 to 4. - It means less feed size big Roller diameter high reduction ratio but not more than 4.

SALIENT FEATURE OF ROLLER CRUSHER
- Precisely fabricated from prime plate. Stiffeners are provided of required no. & size to improve its rigidity Weld with Mig welding technology. Body is covered from three sides & feed chute is provided to feed material evenly throughout the width of roll crusher.
- Roller cell of MS steel casting of 12 to 14% MN steel as per IS 276 Gr.3, corrugated or plan both type of roller are available as per requirement of material to be crushed.
- Fly wheel of static balanced of cast steel material along with Trapper bush to be provided to easy out trouble free dismantling & Assemble.
- Shaft of precisely design of special steel, Rigid in construction and fitted with self aligned spherical roller bearing of high capacity, are provided for long life.
- Spring of specially designed to give cushioning to the adjustable roller are provided of special spring steel material.
- Cast iron or steel casting bearing hosing, Machined very accurately are provided.
- To hold the roller cell tight on its position. A taper flanged coupling of fabricated & machined accurately provided. The coupling bolts hold the cell on its position rigidly.
- Only Periodic grease (Castrol Ap-3) lubrication is required at all Bearings.
